Week 2 of school being closed wb 30.3.2020

I've added more activities for you to do at home this week. It doesn't matter if you didn't complete last weeks. I've put last weeks' work in a different section below and you can always  access that if you complete this weeks. Please remember you don't have to print everything off. The children have an exercise book to record their work in.

As from Monday, your parents should have an email address to contact me  if you need advice about any of the work set.

Keep practising Times Tables by using TTRS- I have set particular tables for some children. 

Please also practice spellings- by the end of Y4 , most children are expected to know how to spell most of the words on the Y3/4 tricky word list. These can be found in  the drop down menu  of the Home Page under Children- "Spelling competition word lists" It would be helpful if you could also help your child put words into alphabetical order. Give them 4 or 5 a day to sort. If they need more challenge, the words could all start with the same letter.

A fantastic PE resource is Joe Wicks The Body Coach on You Tube-  he does daily workouts which last 30 minutes at 9am, but you can watch previous days at any time.
