Week 3

You must follow the instructions given for each day. Please choose some activities to complete from each day (some can be quite time consuming so just choose the ones you would like). .

Tuesday

For the next five days, we will be looking at relative clauses and how they are used within sentences.

Today, you must follow the instructions given for day one. There are some famous speeches that you will need to watch via the links provided on the front page. You will then have some questions to answer about the speeches you have watched or read. Next, you will need to choose your favourite speech and read it aloud. I would like you to show expression and speak expressively about this.

Monday

We are starting this week by finishing off our Week 2 learning. On Friday, instead of completing our day 5 unit, we completed some Feel Good Friday activities.  I would like you to complete this session as it involves thinking about our seasons and creating sentences for each month. You will then have to choose your favourite month (which could be your birthday month) and find a poem online that you like about the month or create you own. Just follow the instructions on the front of the pack and you can't go wrong!

Week 2

This week, we will be looking at how to use Adverbials in our writing. The story this week will focus around 'Mufaro's Beautiful Daughters'. There are lots of different activities for you to try such as watching video clips and doing some grammar work. Remember you don't need to print everything off- use your home learning yellow book. Don't worry if you don't manage to complete it all!

Week 1
