This week I would like us to focus on positive affirmations. Positive affirmations are positive phrases or statements used to challenge negative or unhelpful thoughts that can sometimes come into our minds.
This booklet can be done over the course of the week (or longer if you can't fit it in). The activities focus on remembering how brave, kind, loved, determined and unique we all are.

This month, I would like everyone to focus on small steps to try to boost happiness - for ourselves and others around us - to spread kindness and hopefully inspire others to do the same.
