Get Creative

KS2 are going to follow a History timeline over the next few weeks.

There will be a variety of activities for you to choose from. Try to do  one a day and send a picture in of your "creation".

This week we are time travelling to Central America and the time of the Mayans. The Mayans were a people who lived about 2000 years ago. Their civilisation lasted until they were conquered by the Spanish in the 1400s. Why not try some Mayan food -  the Mayans were responsible for inventing CHOCOLATE!  (although it was a bit different from the chocolate we eat today) . You could have a Mayan feast  by making tortillas  and then drinking hot chocolate! Why not create a mask out of card or even papier mache?

Pictures of work
