The weather forecast isn't very good for today again so I have been looking for some activities you can do inside if you can't go outside for very long as usual.

If you go for a family walk one day this week you could this scavenger hunt. How many of the objects can you find?
Joe Wicks has started his workouts again on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at 9am. They are live on his channel on youtube and can be found by typing in 'PE with Joe wicks 2021'. Doing some kind of exercise is a good way to start your day.

Even though the weather is cold at the moment, it is still very important that we stay active and go outside to keep us healthy and feeling well.

You could learn a new game e.g. The bean game. Walk around the room or dance and then when an adult says a bean name, do the correct action.
