Joe Wicks has started his 'Workout with Joe sessions again this week. They are free to view on his Youtube channel and a great way to start the day. The sessions are live Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9am. The link is attached below.
Although its winter its still important to get outside and enjoy some fresh air. Go on a local walk and see what you can see around you.
A ride on your bike or scooter will also increase your heart rate and keep you fit as will jogging around your garden!
Use a stopwatch or timer and count how many star jumps, hops or jumping jacks you can do in a minute.
