'Teaching kids to count is fine, but teaching them what counts is best!' Bob Talbert
I hope that you find the information on this section of our website useful in keeping you and your children busy! Please do not feel under pressure to complete all the work as there is a lot here. Please take time to investigate all the folders as we are adding things all the time. The reading and phonics section has links to online resources and books.
Your priority at the moment is to keep sane and juggle the challenges of working from home, being a teacher and a parent all at the same time. If you are anything like us… we are doing our best to juggle all the balls at once and are regularly dropping them! But that’s OK! Be kind to yourselves, don’t put yourselves under pressure.
The MOST IMPORTANT thing is to stay safe and healthy and spend quality time with your children when you can, get out into the fresh air for a walk. Remember that you can learn a lot on a walk there’s so much to notice when you’re out and about at this time of year. Make the best of indoor days and bake, watch a movie and read!
